Our Chef and family


The Payne's come to Nashville by way of Honolulu, Hawaii. Chef Cameron hails from Australia and Nicole from HI & CA. The stars aligned in 2013 when Cameron and Nicole met while Cameron working as a chef on a private yacht.

In Australia Cameron worked for Attica, a fine dining restaurant that has been named San Pellegrino's Top 50 restaurant in the world. Although he enjoyed it, Cameron has always dreamed of owning his own fish and chip shop.
